Well it's not as exciting as the day the iPhone was announced, this is pretty close. In an effort to avoid costly and petty litigation, Apple and Cisco have settled their lawsuit regarding the "iPhone" name. Looks like they'll both be able to keep the name, hopefully people don't get too confused. In actuality that is very unlikely, considering that they look nothing alike. If you're trying to buy an Apple iPhone at a place that sells VoIP phones and you don't notice the difference, you don't deserve an Apple iPhone.
